Gemini is a constellation in the sky that represents the twins, Castor and Pollux mothered by, Leda, but with different fathers. One was mortal, the other immortal. When they died, they got placed in the night sky together, getting the name, Gemini.

The person who discovered Gemini is not known. It was probably some very ancient star gazer who, with an overzealous imagination, decided that one lot of stars looked like twins.
