why are sprouted sees healthy than a normal seed
Sprouted seeds have increased levels of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and enzymes compared to non-sprouted seeds. This is because sprouting activates the seed's enzymes, which helps break down anti-nutrients that can block nutrient absorption. Additionally, sprouting can increase the bioavailability of certain nutrients, making them easier for our bodies to absorb.
Sprouted seeds provide more nourishment than non-sprouted seeds because the sprouting process increases the bioavailability of nutrients, making them easier for the body to absorb. During sprouting, enzymes break down complex carbohydrates, proteins, and fats into simpler forms, enhancing their digestibility. Additionally, sprouting boosts the levels of vitamins, particularly B vitamins and vitamin C, while reducing anti-nutrients like phytic acid that can inhibit nutrient absorption. Overall, sprouted seeds are richer in essential nutrients and beneficial compounds.
A apple seed is much larger than a dandelion seed.
Depends on how you do it, but the seed should be done in 12-48 hours. Basically When the shell of it has broken an you can start to see the white root thing coming out, although i like for them to be a lil bet longer than that u really shouldn't continue to germinate/soak them after it has cracked an spouted out of its shell.
Just as you see tomatoes and apple , tomatoes ave more seed than apples from there we can see that tomatoes spread easily the main point is that the seed have bigger size than a spore and as usual we always eat mango seed wich contain vitamins

It can take up to 2 weeks for your cannabis plant to sprout make sure that you don't over water your germinated seed and be sure to make sure that the germinated seed is not to far below the soil no more than 1/2 an inch. If possible give the planted seed 24 hour light for a week or until sprouted after 2 maybe 3 weeks if the plant still hasn't sprouted it is most likely dead.

Yes, that is normal and healthy!
The salt inhibits germination of seeds. Although a little bit of salt does help the seed to grow more than if it just had normal water.
.....grass seed needs moisture....I don't think that milk would cause it to grow any faster, or any slower than water, as long as it is kept saturated until it has sprouted.
