You Don't Learn Anything If You Don't Think!!
And if you don't learn you will still flunk the test - so think!
And believe you me, if you don't learn the beginning of physics,
- you will Never learn the rest.
It all builds on itself for the whole first semester - and beyond.

Basically- no measurement is worth $h17 without the units.
Similarly
Units are very important when measuring a quantity because if we write 30 oil means how will we know whether we are trying to say 30 liter or 30 ml, so units are very important to show the measure of a quantity and there is a standard unit for each quantity because every where in the world the same unit should be used so that if i say 30 kg they would easily know that i am specifying the mass of the object.
Units of measurement provide a standard to measure mass, length etc.So, it is useful.
The standard unit is the ampere, commonly called "amp", symbol 'A'.
Standard measurement units are needed so that something made to specification in one factory will join up with a part made in another factory/country.
measurement value (magnitude of the quantity) and a proper unit.
The standard form of measurement for volume is the cubic meter (m^3). Other common units include liters (L) and cubic centimeters (cm^3).

As I remember from grade school back in the 1960's I believe it was called: "Units and Standards" We refer to the U.S. measurement system today as the "Standard Measurement," "US Standard," "English Units," "US Customary Units," and "Imperial Units."

A standard unit of measurement is the unit (size or quantity) that is agreed upon in that nation or trading partnership. In science the standard units of measurement are called SI units. (An international standard). This is the metric system.

Standard units are used for measurmen as there is a system called the SI units and that is considered as the international system of units that is why we use standard units for measurment .

Standard deviation has the same unit as the data set unit.
