Because the north of Brazil is not the best place to live. in the north of Brazil are the woods of Amazona which are consider the "lungs of the world" BUT IS NOT THE MOST APPROPRIATE PLACE TO LIVE. Plus the most developed part of Brazil is south east ( Rio de Janero, Saint paulo )ect
