Because it helps our Earth and ourselves for one. They give nutrients, they control the floods and more. We must preserve them because recreating wetland has a problem, mosquitoes come and deadly and stronger diseases come, not good for us.

Without wetland, this Earth will not last long. So destroying and creating wetland is not an option, preserving is.
