The bulb has grown from a tulip seed. Seeds develop at the base of the tulip flower. It takes 5-7 years for a tulip seed to grow into a bulb and produce the stem, leaves, and flower. The bulb stores food produced by the leaves during photosynthesis and uses it to produce next year's flower, leaves and stem. They have roots to absorb water and nutrients for the tulip plant. Bulbs can multiply underground and be separated from each other, planted in new locations, and produce their own tulips.

I ordered a 75W HID kit i got a two 75W ballast's and two bulbs that have a tag that says 35W will they work together?

Absolutely not... Aftermarket HID bulbs rated at 35W produce a massive amount of heat and if you run them with even 35W you will burn the chrome off the projector bowl. I would spend some money and get DL50 bulbs whcih are 200$ but they can be boosted up to 75W and they will produce a massive 8500LM which compared to OEM 35W at 3200LM sounds like a lot but believe me you will love them. Otherwise I would stay away from aftermarket bulbs.
