Why do natural disaster happens?

We live on a dynamic planet.

Everything is is motion. The air moves causing winds, the sea moves causing tides and floods, the rocks move causing earthquakes.

A natural disaster occurs when living organisms are affected by our planet, whether it is a river flooding causing animals to drown or a volcano releasing dust and gasses.

If we were on a more stable planet such as Mars we would suffocate or freeze.

There is no one reason or anything to blame for natural disasters. As the population of the Earth grows and as people migrate to different places that are in areas of potential danger, such as earthquake zones, near a volcano, near the ocean or in areas of tornados or Hurricanes or floods, they choose to live there and unwittingly become victims. The Earth is going to still have natural occurrences that will claim lives. If you had to have a reason, it would be the laws of nature, of which we cannot change, only try to follow.

it's not a disaster,it's changes in the earth itself. the earth is a live thing it is in constant change with the earths plates moving, the sun also plays a part to, solar flairs, causing storms, high winds...

So we build and live in places that we shouldn't and when the natural disasters come, there is a lot more to damage than there should be. For example, If this were not true, the city of Naples and the area around Mt. Vesuvius would not still be populated.
