the ligaments are snapping over the bone
If a tendon in the index finger is cut, it may affect the ability to fully extend or bend the finger. This can lead to decreased strength and coordination in that finger, making it difficult to grasp or manipulate objects. Surgical repair and rehabilitation may be necessary to restore function.
It depends on which way you might bend it. If you find that it hurt when you make a fist, you may have nerve problem, muscle problem or joint problem. Only a doctor who takes a look at it can tell you.
Yes, that is correct. The index of refraction of a material determines how much light will bend as it enters the material. A higher index of refraction means that the light will bend more as it enters the material.
a fault
The index finger could be used to flip more pages often, of do finger excercises. --- You should rule out the possibility of "skeletal" damage. It is possible that you can not bend it properly simply because the bones does not allow this easily. I do not think flipping pages would actually do the trick of getting muscles back into shape. Try some rubberband exersizes where you use your index finger to stretch the rubber by bending it. put a nail in a plank of wood, then put the rubberband over the nail, and start stretching. If too easy with one rubberband, then use two or more. You can also go to a toyshop or even a petshop and find a small softish ball to squeeze. Make sure you squeze it with your indexfinger, and not only with the other fingers. Best of luck, and regards..
bend you left index finger and place your right thumb between your index and middle finger nuckle as far as you can, bend you right index finger over your thumb whilst you other 3 fingers are straight out then place it over your bent over left index finger and have fun entertaining yourself from there.
You hit as hard as you can and tighten your index, middle, and ring finger. You also bend your thumb over your index & middle finger at about a 90 degree angle.
Bend ur ring finger and ur middle finger and ur thumb and leave ur pinky and ur index finger up.
Start off with your middle finger, then slowly put in your index finger. Keep your middle finger straight and bend your index finer. Also, use your thumb on the outside. Do this first before taking off your pants. GIrls usually require more foreplay to reach climax then guys do.
Mine is the same way, although I don't have the shoulder throbbing. My thumb cracks when I bend it, while pushing it against my index finger. In the morning or when I haven't used it much, it cracks just from bending it. If you figure this out, I'd be a happy guy, too! hahaha that's so funnie because my thumb cracks every time i bend it and i tryed putting it on my index finger and that made it crack tooo its annnoying

Go to the hospital you might have a sprained finger (if it is grey/blue) or you have a broken bone

bend it
If you have a jammed finger and the tendon is torn away from its attachment, you will not be able to bend it at all. You will have pain on both sides of the finger and joints.
Bones do not bend directly, they bend at the joints (points at which two bones meet).
