Fresh water does experience tides, but they are generally less noticeable than in saltwater bodies due to factors like the smaller volume and shallower depth of most freshwater systems. Tides in freshwater are mostly influenced by the gravitational pull of the moon and sun, just like in saltwater bodies.
Salinity falls as the out flowing tide brings in more fresh river water.
the tide pool needs to change during high tide to keep the inhabit of the tide pool healthy because in the water are plants and animals.at high tide the tide pool is underwater and is a habitat for animals for animals and plants.the tide pool needs new things and it has to change.
When the water is closest to the beach, it is high tide. High tide is when the water level is at its peak, covering more of the beach area. Low tide is when the water level is at its lowest, exposing more of the beach.
Estuary is a coastal inlet or bay where the tide meets a river current, resulting in brackish water mixing salt water and fresh water. This unique ecosystem supports diverse marine and plant life due to the varying salinity levels.
neap tide
fresh water doesnt have saltinity in it but, ocean water does.
No, the intertidal zone is not fresh water. It is the area between the high tide and low tide marks along coastlines where seawater from the ocean meets the land.

There are both saltwater and fresh water goldfish so it doesnt really matter which. Saltwater ones can't live in fresh water and vice versa.

Inland ponds (ie, not near the ocean) are normally fresh water, and are formed either by precipitation (rain, snow, etc.) or by underground, or artesian water sources. Large ponds of this type are often called kettle lakes, in that they have no visible source of water supplying them, such as a river or stream. Ponds can also be formed by receding ocean tides and, in this case, will contain salt water. Of course, when the tide rises again, the pond will simply become part of the ocean, so these ponds are not permanent but exist only when the tide is out.
Plankton can be found in the Pelagic zone of oceans, seas, and bodies of fresh water.

for me its yes!.we didn't put any salt to make it salty when we cooked it, and when i taste it, its kind of salty because oysters live under the water (sea or river). In river it taste also salty because of the tide. The tide is a salty water so it goes inside of the shell of oyster.
Because river water is a running water which doesnt stays at one place...in biology it is said if a substain doesnt movies from its place, it can get lost of germs etc... eg: if the blood doesnt flows in our whole body ,you know what will happen. hope you got me. :)
