If the leaves of your cannabis plant are turning a pale or light green color it might be because it is being over watered. There are two signs of over watering that i have noticed. The first is that a day after watering the plants leaves turn pale green and some times die and fall off, other times they might turn a pale green but never fall off. In this case cut off the dying leaves. The other sign I'm not to sure of but when the stems to the paling leaves is a redish color it seems to be due to over watering.
A plant deficient in magnesium may grow pale leaves because magnesium is essential for chlorophyll production, the pigment responsible for the green color in leaves and the process of photosynthesis. Without adequate magnesium, chlorophyll production is impaired, leading to yellowing or pale leaves, a condition known as chlorosis. This deficiency also affects the plant's ability to synthesize carbohydrates, ultimately hindering growth and overall health.
The leaves of a plant not exposed to sunlight will likely be pale or yellowish in color due to the lack of chlorophyll production. Chlorophyll is responsible for the green color of leaves and is essential for photosynthesis, which requires sunlight to occur.
A lack of green pigment in plants is called chlorosis. Chlorosis occurs when there is a deficiency of chlorophyll, which is the pigment responsible for giving plants their green color and is essential for photosynthesis. This condition causes the leaves to turn yellow or pale.

Pale leaves on a peace lily can be caused by too much sunlight, overwatering, or a lack of nutrients. Adjusting the plant's light exposure, watering schedule, and feeding it with appropriate fertilizer can help restore its health.
Pothos plant leaves may turn pale due to insufficient light, overwatering, or nutrient deficiencies. Adjusting light exposure, watering less frequently, and providing balanced fertilizer can help restore the plant's color.
