On its beginning it wasn't perfect for life. This condition was gradually acquired, and lasting for million years when the temperature began to lower and oxygen began to form from dead primitive animals, pushing ozone upwards.
The planet with an average surface temperature of 14.6°C is Earth.
Earth.
Plant earth is the third planet from the sun. This is partly why earth can sustain life. This keeps the temperature reasonable for life to exist.
Mars. The temperature there can vary between 20 degrees Celsius and -140 degrees Celsius.
The planet that has a temperature range of approximately 13°C to 37°C is Earth. This range reflects typical temperatures found in various regions, especially in temperate climates. Other celestial bodies do not have such a stable and life-supporting temperature range as Earth does.
The planet with an average surface temperature of 14.6°C is Earth.

No planet in our solar system has that as its full temperature range. Earth certainly has that temperature range, but it can get both hotter and colder than that.
Earth.
Pluto. It is the 9th planet from the sun and it is very different then Earth in size and temperature
The Earth Like Planet that was newly discovered in another solar system (no i am not lying they did find a new earth-like planets
I'm not exactly sure, but it could be Pluto. Like I said, not completely sure if I'm correct.
it is the only planet that has oxygen, water and good temperature.

Because if the temperature was different human beings would not have evolved.
Plant earth is the third planet from the sun. This is partly why earth can sustain life. This keeps the temperature reasonable for life to exist.
COLD it is way to cold for a human/humans to live there. Earth is the perfect temperature for humans to live on and of course Earth is the 3rd planet from the sun.
