Try tightening the gas cap... If that doesn't work, turn the fuel off and open the choke all the way, let it run until it stalls. then turn fuel back on and check for the leak. If neither works, then you will have to work on the carburetor... probably a bad float.

If you are getting exhaust smoke coming out of the radiator overflow, you need to replace the head gasket that seals the cylinder from the cylinder cap where your coolant runs through to cool the engine.
Means that your heater core is leaking coolant. Has to be replaced.
