Because detergent is a phospholipid-like molecule, meaning the the head is hyrophillic (attracted to water) and the tail is hyrdophobic (doesn't like water). Water is highly polar so when you add detergent the heads will attract to the water molecule. However the tails will try to stick to something that isn't water. (like your hands) So when the heads get pulled they pull whatever the tails are attached to aswell, so you'll notice sometimes that your hands become dry.
Hope this helped :)
Using washing-up liquid with hot water is more effective in removing grease and grime compared to using cold water, as the heat helps to break down the dirt more easily. Hot water also helps to rinse away the soap and dirt more efficiently. However, using washing-up liquid with cold water can still clean dishes effectively, especially if the dishes are not heavily soiled.

Glass and rubber are not good conductors of electricity.
AnswerBecause, it is a good insulator and won't conduct electricity. It is also flexible. It coated by rubber or plastic
Rubber bands are insulators, meaning they do not conduct electricity well. This is because rubber does not have free electrons that can move easily to carry an electric charge. If you want to conduct electricity, a material like metal would be a better choice.
Wearing rubber gloves when using detergents helps to protect your skin from irritation and dryness caused by the harsh chemicals in the detergent. The rubber gloves act as a barrier between your skin and the detergent, preventing direct contact and minimizing skin exposure to potential irritants.
