It's not wrong.Who says it's wrong. Global warming is largely caused by humans emitting massive amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere. The Supreme Court has not ruled that this is the case or not however. They did recently rule that the EPA does have the power to control carbon dioxide emissions as a pollutant.

Another Answer

No proof at all exists to say that we are the major cause of global warming. Now they are blaming it on cattle! Also, the planet seems to be cooling, not warming. The ice caps are growing, and the winter of 2008 was the coolest since 2000.

Is Global warming wrong?

Global warming is a scientifically recognized phenomenon in which the Earth's average temperature increases due to human activities releasing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The consequences of global warming include rising sea levels, more frequent and severe weather events, and disruptions to ecosystems. Addressing global warming is crucial to mitigate its impacts on the planet and its inhabitants.

Why do some people think that global warming has nothing to do with human activities?

I believe that some people misunderstand the science and this misunderstanding leads them to believe that trained research scientists must be wrong in their conclusions. In other cases, I believe that some people simply do not want to know that global warming is caused by human activities. Imagine for example someone who thinks that his job could be at risk if we try to prevent any further global warming: such a person would very probably deny the reality of global warming.

How does layers of the earth link to global warming?

Well for example when a volcano erupts (which is a whole other story) it creates a whole load of toxic gases which adds to all the other pollution in the air which is putting holes in the ozone layer which is making the world a lot hotter and is causing global warming. Sorry if this is wrong I'm still in primary.

Why is Global warming not happening?

personally i don't believe in it climate change is normal in the 1800's there was barely any snow.A:Global warming is happening. The global mean average temperature has risen approximately 1.33°F (0.74°C) over the past 100 years. This is confirmed by many independent lines of evidence. Global warming is further indicated by trends such as ice sheet melting and rising sea level, measurable increase in the severity of weather, changes in the behavior of migratory species, etc.

Was Al Gore wrong about global warming?

No. Although Al Gore himself is not a scientist, he has listened carefully to what scientists have to say about global warming. He is concerned about scientific predictions about the potential effects of global warming on society and the world as a whole, because that is what most scientists are telling him.

How much can you sue for emotional stress in the supreme court?

You can ask for whatever you want. That doesn't mean you'll get it. Also, in most cases, you can't "sue in the Supreme Court". You would have to bring your suit in a lower court first. The Supreme Court is predominantly a review court; for the most part they look at lower court decisions and say "yes, that was right" "no, that was wrong" or "not exactly wrong, but not exactly right either, do it again."

Why you should stop global warming for the polar bears?

Because animals are people, and should not die unjustly. If a cow is killed to produce beef for people to eat, it is justified, if a polar bear dies for no reason thanks to global warming, then that's just plain wrong, man.

What happens if the supreme court rules congress to be unconstitutional?

Since it is the Supreme Court that decides what is constitutional and what is not, the decisions of the Supreme Court cannot be unconstitutional, however, it is always possible for the Supreme Court to make new decisions which reverse older decisions. So in theory, if the Supreme Court does something wrong, they will be reversed by a later sitting of the same court (but with new judges).
