In the womb, the baby is encased in a sack called the Amnion. This sack is filled with fluid called Amniotic fluid, so the baby is encased in water and can not breath.

The baby's blood supply is connected to that of the mother by the umbilical cord and the placenta. The baby gets its oxygen from the mother by this supply and therefore does not need to breath while it is in the womb.

Thus the respiratory system only needs to develop fully later in the pregnancy (in preparation for the baby being born - when it must take its first breath) and it is therefore not functional earlier. Babies born too soon have great respiratory problems.

Is it possible that by a speed change of the Earths rotation February can have 30 days?

February USED TO have 30 days; most of the months did. But the story went that Julius Caesar decided that HIS month, July, was more important - and so he ordered one day taken from February (which had 30 days) and given to July. Later on, the Caesar Augustus ordered that another day be stolen from February and added to HIS month so that his month would be as long as Julius's month. And so August we lengthened from 30 days to 31, and February was cut short to 28.

How long is 1 month on mars?

One month on Mars, defined as the time it takes for Mars to complete one full orbit around the Sun, is approximately 687 Earth days. Thus, a Martian month would be about 22 Earth days long, assuming a month is roughly one-twelfth of a Martian year. However, since Mars has different rotational dynamics, a "month" in terms of days can vary, but it doesn't have an official month system like Earth.

In a Metric month what is the number of metric days?

I don't think there is such as thing as a "metric month". The metric unit of time - more precisely, the SI unit of time - is simply the second. In the Gregorian calendar, a month can have 28, 29, 30 or 31 days. You can use the length of the year - for example, the average Gregorian year has 365.2425 days - and divide that by 12, to get the average length of the month.
