I had the same problem with my caprice a few weeks back. The water shouldn't be dripping from the back, it should be dripping on the rear passenger side floor board. That is caused by the heater core being bad, which is causing the water to seek through the carpet and drip out the back floor board.
1. It depends on the food it is dripping from 2. It depends on the temperature of the "dripping fat." For instance, if the fat is heated and dripping off of pizza, cooked meat products etc. then it is a saturated fat, because even though saturated fat is a solid at room temperature, it becomes a liquid when heated. If you are referring to fats that will "drip" at room temperature (is in olive oil, canola oil etc) then that is an unsaturated fat. The best way to tell is to let the "dripping fat" come back to room temp, if it hardens you know its saturated.
Water is water, whether solid (ice), liquid or gas.
Water cycle is the way that water moves from being water vapor, to liquid water and back to water vapor.
It gets completed when water comes back to earth. It comes back int he form of snow, rain or sleet.
In the water cycle, water travels from bodies of water to the atmosphere through evaporation. Once in the atmosphere, it condenses into clouds and eventually falls back to the ground as precipitation. This water then flows into rivers, lakes, and eventually back to the oceans, completing the cycle. Thus, the movement of water is continuous and interconnected between these various stages and locations.

It may be condensation from your air conditioner condenser. The drain tube may be plugged causing water to back up and leak from under the dash. A windshield leak may also cause your problem.
About an hours labour. They are not hard to put back in. SO about $60-$100
