Mammal RBC's do have nuclei in them in their early stages, but by the time they reach maturity the nucleus is gone. There is no need for the nucleus after maturity since the cell's function is fairly passive. A nucleus would be required if the cell needed to produce a product or perform a task like cell division, but since it doesn't need to do these things a nucleus is not necessary. The nucleus is required at the early stages in order to produce the hemoglobin that eventually fills the cell. If the nucleus didn't disappear it would either make the cell too large to slip through capillaries or would reduce the oxygen carrying ability of the cell by displacing some of the hemoglobin that would fill it.
A frog has a nucleus in matured RBC.
some members of the order Artiodactyla such as camel
No. As part of the RBC maturation process in mammals, the red blood cells loses its nucleus and is no longer able to synthesize RNA. Immature RBC's, called reticulocytes, do still have small amounts of RNA. However, it is atypical to see more then 1% in a healthy blood smear.
Red blood cells, also known as erythrocytes, do not have a nucleus. This lack of a nucleus allows them to have more space to carry hemoglobin, which is essential for transporting oxygen throughout the body.
Mammalian cells have nuclei. But red blood cells lack
Mammalian RBC is always enucleated [Without nucleus] without any EXCEPTION The mammalian RBC is also biconcave and DISCOIDAL except Camel and Llama, which have Oval shaped RBC
Prokaryotic cells i.e.. red blood cells mammalian RBC This is not submitted by he same person btw. this is submitted by justwannabe

Yes.

Nucleus is a large organell.Lackness of a nucleus gives a large space for haemoglobin.
