The right lumbar abdominal region, also called the right flank, contains primarily the intestines.
It is actually a lower back muscle that is located in the posterior abdominal wall
The L2 vertebra is located below the waist. It is part of the lumbar region of the spine, which consists of five vertebrae (L1 to L5) situated in the lower back. The lumbar region is typically considered to be below the rib cage and above the sacrum, aligning with the waist area.
The kidneys are located in the abdominal cavity, one on each side of the spine. They are situated behind the peritoneum, close to the lower back and underneath the rib cage.

Most spinal injuries occur in the cervical (neck) and lumbar (lower back) regions of the spine. The cervical spine is particularly vulnerable due to its mobility and range of motion, while the lumbar spine bears a lot of weight and can be prone to injury from lifting or twisting motions.

Lumbar Region
The right hypochondriac region is superior to the right lumbar region.
The loin on a human is the side of the body which is above the pelvis, and below the ribcage.
The T-12 vertebra is located in the lower part of the thoracic spine, just above the lumbar region. It is the last of the twelve thoracic vertebrae and is situated between the T-11 vertebra above and the L-1 vertebra below. The T-12 vertebra plays a crucial role in supporting the rib cage and facilitating movement in the back.
There are three parts of the spine, the cervical, thoracic and lumbar. Each vertebrae is listed by its number. For example the first 7 vertebrae (from the top) are listed as C1-C7 meaning C for cervical. The thoracic vertebrae starts after C7, the 8th vertebrae is T1-T12, so there is 12 individual vertebraes in the thoracic spine. After the thoracic, is the lumbar which have 5 individual vertebrae, L1-L5.
The bones in the torso are the rib cage, sternum, and vertebrae.
