It's very difficult to answer questions like this which don't have nearly enough information.
The test tube would be half full one minute before it is completely full, which would be 23 hours into the process. This is because each time the bacteria split, the population doubles, so when the test tube is half full, the next split will cause it to be completely filled.
Blowing over the mouth of the test tube will create a decrease in air pressure inside the tube. This decrease in pressure will cause the water in the test tube to rise up due to the higher pressure outside the tube. Ultimately, the water level in the test tube will rise as a result of the change in pressure.

The only way is to buy a water test kit, but no water is totally pure.
A water column test for gas is a method used to measure the pressure of gas in a pipe or system by comparing it to a column of water. In this test, a vertical tube filled with water is connected to the gas source, and the height of the water column is monitored. The difference in height indicates the gas pressure, with higher columns representing greater pressure. This simple and effective technique is often used in HVAC systems, gas appliances, and plumbing applications.
The test tube was likely half-filled with water to allow space for mixing or for the addition of other reagents or samples. This extra space also helps prevent spills or splashing when the test tube is being handled or mixed.
When sugar dissolves in water, it occupies space within the water molecules, leading to an increase in volume. So, if you dissolve a half test tube of sugar into a half test tube of water, the volume of the mixture will be greater than the sum of the individual volumes of sugar and water, resulting in a full test tube.
Probably. Drink a lot of water the day of the test, especially within the last half hour before the test.

well i drank about a gallon of water each day starting 3 days before my drug test then the day of about 2 and a half hours before the test i filled a large McDonald's cup with cold water and mixed sure jell and i passed the test most people say use a gallon of water to make the taste not so bad but i did it and it was horrible. (good luck) hope this helped
"The volume of air in the diver decreases."
Depends on what kind of urine
Gases that are relatively insoluble in water are collected by water displacement. The gas pushes the water down and out of the water-filled gas-collecting vessel. The gas-collecting vessel (generally a flask or test tube) is first filled with water, covered with a glass plate or plastic wrap (no air bubbles must enter the vessel, and then inverted into a deep pan or tray half-filled with water. The glass plate or plastic wrap is removed, and the tubing from the gas generator is inserted into the mouth of the gas-collecting vessel.

ur all gay
People do not usually faint when they get a blood test. I got one and I did not faint and I am bad with these things. They only filled to small vials though.
