would we be able to function in society without rules
Everyone must follow the same set of rules and regulations without any special treatment based on their identity, status, or circumstances. Fairness and equality should be maintained in the application of rules to ensure a just and orderly society.
Give the rule of chemistry in society and industry
Enforceable rules of conduct in society typically include laws and regulations that govern behavior, ensure order, and protect the rights and well-being of individuals. These rules are enforced by government authorities through various means such as fines, penalties, and legal consequences for violations. Compliance with these rules is important to maintain a safe and functioning society.
Newton provided the rules and formulas to understand how forces work. Without this understanding, our civilization would not exist.
A human polity refers to a society or community organized around a system of governance, such as a government or political authority. It involves the rules, structures, and processes that govern how individuals interact and make decisions within that society.
This question comes is equivalent to asking what is law? What is its function? Every society, even the most simple one, is in need of some form of organisation. The members of a society need to know which the rules of the organisation are. The rules of the organisation are it's laws. One can thus say that a society cannot function without laws.
A world without laws would likely be chaotic and unsafe. There would be no rules governing behavior, leading to potential harm, violence, and exploitation. Without laws to provide structure and order, society would struggle to function effectively.
Because otherwise street kids would take over the world.
if there were no rules and regulations in the school then it wouldbe sexy and everyone would get nakid and show their buts
A society without rules is called anarchy.
With no rules there would be anarchy. Society has to exist with guidelines. Without guidelines, people would not recognize their boundaries with other people. Rules are what provides order in a country, that's why it needs them.
There would be too much chaos to either learn or teach anything. Without school rules, society would slowly collapse. Society would collapse because there would be a lack of order and frankly, people would be too stupid to be able to run a society let alone keep one. In addition, without rules in schools, people would end up getting hurt because children would feel they could bully anybody without punishment and consequence. I can almost guarantee that teachers and student would likely not even up attending school.

Rules are necessary to maintain order, ensure fairness, promote safety, and establish boundaries in various aspects of life, such as relationships, organizations, and society. They provide a framework for behavior, help prevent conflicts, and guide individuals on what is acceptable or unacceptable. Overall, rules help create structure and harmony in different environments.
Without society there would be no rules. Humans have come together to form society for the main purpose of survival. Society brought rules and safety to the people. Imagine in primal time periods with no society. People could kill one another with no consequences because nobody would be there to enfore any rules. Natural selection would take course where as only the strong survive. We give the right to be ruled to the government. If we had no government we would only have chaos. Society, as rule as it may be, lets us sleep at night with protection from the government.
Have you ever seen the movie, Lord of the Flies?A society without rules would turn into chaos, with people acting however their minds could conceive, sometimes in very bad ways.Added:Like much of American society today :(
As long as there are 2 or more people living and co-exiting side by side, there have to be rules. Rules are a lot like manners. They are a courtesy to other people. Without rules anarchy reins.Of course, the more people means more complex and just more rules. Dealing with numerous personalities always results in more rules or what we now call laws. To some these rules may seem restrictive but without them the alternative is much worse.
