Your 2500 HD Overheats with the snow plow on but only when you are traveling up the road even with the plow almost all the way down any solutions?

Angle the plow to one side. Try different angles and heights. You could add an additional fan(electric) to turn on at highway speeds. Once it got colder, mine stopped overheating though. I have the same problem. past trucks with plows I have had allowed air to enter the radiator also from under the truck via an air dam directing air up (also normal through grill air existed of course). it seems my 94 Yukon does not have that feature. I would imagine the 1500 pick ups supplied with plows from gmc had something different than my Yukon to allow normal hiway operation? any coment?
