You have one of the millions of fake dollar coins being produced in the Far East. It's barely worth the (cheap) metal it was made from.
At least yours is obviously a counterfeit; some are good enough to fool all but the best appraisers. Chinese counterfeiting is a very serious problem in today's coin marketplace, and there doesn't seem to be a good way for the governments to stop it.
