Just see how many steps you take in an hour whether its from the computer to the refrigerator or to the sofa to watch TV. Count them then multiply that by 24 to see how many are in a day and then multiply that by 7 to see how many are in a week then multiply that by 52.177457 to see how many in a year and then multiply that by however many years you think u will live and you have got your answer. That's probably as accurate as it gets.
