You've got a 1969 mint set which is fairly common. Your main value comes from the 2 half dollars which are 40% silver.
As a set (both the red and blue packages) I'd say they'd be worth $10 or so. Mostly because of the 40% silver half dollars. There really isn't much demand for these sets and so they trade roughly for their melt value.
Check that coin again. Kennedy is on the half dollar, which is worth 50 cents.
