Please post a new question with the coin's denomination. Miss Liberty's image appears on dimes, quarters, half dollars, and silver dollars from that time.
The U.S. has never made a silver penny, look at the coin again and post new question.
The coin is not a silver liberty dollar. It's a 1979 Susan B. Anthony Dollar coin and has no silver in it and the value is one dollar.
1863 siver liberty coin
The 1928 Philadelphia issue is the lowest mintage of the series except for the 1922 Matt Proof coin. That's why it is worth more.
If the coin has any wear the value is for the silver about $12.00
No such coin exists. From 1905-1920 there was no dollar coin minted.
About $4.00 or $5.00
No such coin as a "Liberty Silver Dollar" exists. All U.S. one dollar coins From 1794 to 2012 have the word LIBERTY on them. Please post a new question with the date on the coin.
Your 1925 Liberty coin is actually a 1925 PEACE dollar, this series of "silver dollars" were made from 1921 to 1928 & 1934 to 1935. The 1925 date is very common and assuming the coin is circulated and has no "S" mintmark retail values are $16.00-$20.00
A. The coin you are referring to is a PEACE dollar. This coin is 90% silver and worth its silver value, unless graded by a third party or in mint state. a standard fine condition coin is not worth anything over spot price of silver.
It's still worth one dollar.
If the coin has any wear the value is for the silver about $12.00
