Yes they are they take your money and send you other crap that does not pertain to what you sent your money in for like stuffing envelopes a get $5 an envelope. And they are supposed to supply you with the envelopes in self address envelopes to send back. Dont fall for it they take your money and scam you.

You send them $35 dollars to get the materials and they send you back junk mail that does not pertain to the stuffing of envelopes. I tryed it myself and got scamed.
