I have a lot of old DOWNBEAT magazines beginning in the early 1960's -with a few back to 1945-and I enjoy brousing them but often I see an interesting article and later I can't locate it again. The only sort of index I know about the is the 'New Grove Dictionary of Jazz' which has DOWNBEAT references at the end of various musicians sections. This is not much of a help but can enable you to locate some of the material.
It would be tremendous to have a complete DOWNBEAT index on line to consult!
The most widely used index for magazine articles is likely the Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature. It indexes articles from a variety of popular magazines and covers a wide range of topics. It is a valuable tool for researchers and students looking for information in magazine publications.
Go to your local library, and use the index to look up articles on the Gosselins. The index will give you an idea if the articles discuss the Gosselin's address. Then you can look up the specific articles for the information. And, while you are thinking about this.. remember that stalking someone is illegal.

There are several ways to find magazines in a library. My favorite old-school way is using the "Readers Guide to Periodical Literature," which lists by author and by subject the names of the articles in most major magazines from the late 1800s to the present. (It is now available online.) Most libraries also have an index which tells you which magazines they own; these days, that index too is generally online. There are also magazine databases like Academic Search Premier that most major libraries have.
