National and international journal definition and difference?

An Journal would be declared whether its national or international based on its level of circulation...

even, if an article is developed or written by an author from a different country than the origin of the journal... it would would be recognized as a national journal if it is circulated within the boundaries of origin...

but, even if an an journal have contributors specific to a single country but has been subscribed and circulated to different nation then it can be called as international journal....

Today some organizations have journals entitled inter-national journals, these are not international journals they are national journals and they are promoted so with the objective of increasing their circulation and raising money...
