20 dollar bill the back side is not centered
20,000 dollar
Unless it is a "proof" coin (actual silver), it is worth one dollar.
Despite being over 30 years old, so many were printed that they have almost no additional collector value unless they're in uncirculated condition. Even then, you might only get $21 or $22 for it.
$18
Face value unless it is crisp and unfolded.

If it's dated 1981 or later, face value only unless it's uncirculated, then maybe $60. If it's older than 1981 please post a new and more specific question. Include its date and whether there is a small letter next to the date. The serial number is not important.
The face value of any bill or coin is simply its denomination - i.e. the value printed / struck on its face. So, the face value of any $20 bill is 20 dollars. However the collector value may be very different depending on how common or scarce the bill is. In the case of 1981 $20 bills, the former condition holds. So many were printed that they're only worth slightly more than $20 today. As of 05/2014 a crisp uncirculated one might retail for all of $22.
The Australian Dollar had not yet been floated in 1981 and was tied to the US Dollar. In 1981 One Australian Dollar was equal to One US Dollar. One Dollar AUD in 1981 had the purchasing power of about $2.85 AUD today. One Dollar AUD in 1981 had the purchasing power of about $2.64 USD today. NOTE - This historical conversion is the result of many calculations and considerations by a purpose designed program for which I can take no credit. The resulting answer should only be regarded as an approximation.
Susan, not "suies" Dollar, not half dollar (you did look at the coin's denomination, didn't you?) Anyway, circulated 1981 coins of any denomination are worth only face value. Go ahead and spend it.
The only U.S. one dollar coin dated 1981 is a Susan B. Anthony dollar. They are not referred to as Liberty Dollars. None were released into circulation or made from gold. It's been gold plated. Look at the coin again and post new question.
Unless your bill was hand-autographed separately, all bills carry facsimiles of the signatures of the Secretary and Treasurer in office at their time of issue. So many dollar bills are printed each year that they rarely have any extra value unless they are preserved in new, unfolded condition. If yours is from circulation, feel free to spend it on a soda or Sunday paper.
