I believe we smile involuntarily because our lives can be fairly mundane - and void of very strong emotions, which we subconsciously crave.
When someone tells us bad news, for a moment we are happy to be feeling something. For a moment it makes us feel alive and connected.
Personally, if something has happened to someone very close to me, a parent, close friend or pet, my response is more physiological and I really feel the bad news in my heart with immediate shock and disbelief. But if the news if about someone who I'm not intimately connected with - that is the time an inappropriate smile may creep across my face. I don't like the feeling/reaction, but I believe it's just my yearning to feel real emotion.
Tell them do you want to hear the good news or the bad news first. If they say bad: 1.Make up something 2.Tell them the good news If they say good: 1.Tell them the good 2.Tell them there is no bad news _________________________________________________________________ A better anwser: It depends on the news...if its good then go up to them with a huge smile and say guess what! Really excitedly. If it's bad then say I got some bad news and say what the news is depressingly.
not in the bible
I give excellent news with a smile.
A negative person or a paranoid personality.
Are they happy about it, or simply laughing at you? It is common for adults to smile when they hear a kid trying to be an adult.
Bad News - Ligeia album - was created in 2007-12.
I think you mean NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS ... unless you actually mean that "no daughter of your sibling is good daughter of your sibling"?? "No news is good news" means that if you don't hear anything bad, then it's a good thing.
the aladeen news
Because the news show he watched to hear about told him it was a bad thing.
I have good news and bad news which do you want to here first.
the things that are good in the BBC news is the people who present it. they do it so the news chaches peolpes eyes so they can pass the story on.The bad thing is that hearing the bad news about earth quakes in hatis and in other countrys aswell.that is not the only thing that is sad about hearing sad news it can hurt somones feelings to hear that that people die in the war adn we have now told there parants and family.
Primarily because "good news" doesn't sell papers ... the majority of people want to hear about all the bad things in the world ... I don't share that same view, which is why I rarely read the news, and certainly never watch TV news.
