the sunset is at different times each day because of the tilt of the earth. the tilting of the earth is going on at every instance of time. the tilting is the reason for the weather change.

initially suppose the earth is standing straight on its axis. then it starts tilting in one direction. afteer somepoint ir returns back to the original position and then starts tilting in the other direction. due to this, the earth' northern hemisphere is towards the sun at an instance so the days are longer.
