Like all man made things there is good and bad. Journalism is supposed to be a good thing and it is when it reports the facts and not someone's opinion. We need to know what is going on in the world. But there is as always those that sensationalize things and must find the dirt that lies under the rock. When they take a person and look for and create possible bad things then it is wrong. I believe that when journalism resorts to speculation and guesses then it should be criminal.
It really depends on what your beliefs are. Yellow Journalism is lying and exaggerating in news or newspaper to comfort people. I personally think it is bad because are not good, and it is better to hear the truth.
There are many types of journalism, including investigative journalism, opinion journalism, and data journalism. Other types include broadcast journalism, multimedia journalism, and citizen journalism. Each type has its own approach and methods for reporting news and information.
