Use a little bit of an acetone based nail polish remover. If it is an area like a fingertip, you can just pour a little in the lid, and soak it. If it is a wider area, like the back of your hand, you can just soak a cotton ball with the remover, and dab it on the spot until it comes off.
There's no exact way to get it off :P usually try nail polish remover, or exfoliating the skin/nail glue.

Super glue can peel off a nail if soaked in warm, soapy water and gently scraped with a nail file. It is important to be cautious and avoid damaging the nail while removing the glue.
Your skin will dry up.
Do not attempt to tear or force apart the glue. This could rip your skin. Apply acetone-based nail-polish remover to the area. The acetone breaks down the bond. If there's a lot of glue on your skin, soak the skin in nail-polish remover to dissolve the bond. Clean the area with soap and water after removing the glue. If you don't have nail-polish remover, soak the affected skin in warm, soapy water. Slowly roll the skin to work the bond apart as the warm water soaks through. Continue doing this until the skin is free of glue. Relative links http://bit.ly/5evRe3

Nails polish remover or hot water. You can soak your nails in hot/warm water and take an electrical nail file and remove it. Or you could be cheap like me and rub it off with nail polish remover. Depending on the nail glue that you used, non acetone nail polish remover usually works the best.
