Compartment Syndrome typically involves individuals who have had an injury protected with a cast. Nurses would look for burning, itching, numbness, checking the area above and below the cast for +3 or +4 edema, ask about pain level, check capillary refill, check the temperature of the distal portion of the limb as well as checking pulse points when and where possible.
It is EXTREMELY important that if it is suspected that a patient is suffering from compartment syndrome that the nurse should immediately notify the attending physician so that proper steps can be taken.

No, a karyotype shows if a person has Turner syndrome.
That would be different for every person with Turner syndrome, just like it would be different for every person without Turner syndrome.
I would see your medical doctor to have him assess you.

it is better to have up syndrome People with Down Syndrome have the ability to live normal and happy lives, however, I would not go so far as to say that it is good to have Down Syndrome. It is a genetic abnormality and given the choice, it would be better not to have it.
