All I could think of are keeping the patient clean and odor free. assessing skin cause the sweat has toxins that can cause breakdown on the epidermis. Also assess why they're sweating, if it's cold or hot, just stuff that help you figure out the underlying cause if you don't know it already. Cause sweat can be anything. If it's cause the temperature of the room is too hot then you can turn it down to convenience. If it's cause they have something internal going on that they have increased metabolism and therefore have a low grade fever and heat intolerance then you can also promote a cold shower to cool down their body temperature

A nursing diagnosis is a current or potential problem that the patient has that the nurse can diagnose and treat for the most part independently. Nursing interventions in patient with constipation?

If the individual is old enough, Imodium AD or Pepto-Bismol. If it is a baby, do not wait, call the pediatrician right away. An adult (or baby) can become dehydrated completely if vomiting is present. I myself was hospitalized as I lost consciousness within 12 hours. Due to a stomach virus. If you are severely sick, call a doctor and get ready to call emergency if you are feeling light headed and dizzy.

What is the importance of home nurse?

From the perspective of a family member of a man who passed away from cancer, home nursing makes it possible for the patient to remain in his home until death. Home nursing makes that possible without having to make trips to a hospital or doctor that would be physically and emotionally tedious for the patient and his family. Without home nursing, the only choice a family might have is to allow the patient to spend their last days in a hospital, something that could be harder on the patient and the family. Home nursing is also important for people who have chronic medical problems for many of the reasons listed above.

Nursing diagnosis and nursing management for hashimoto's thyroiditis?

You really should be addressing what the MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM your patient with Hashimoto's is having related to the thyroiditis; is this a hypothetical patient or a real patient you have in clinical? If it's a real patient, you're going to need the history to back it up, so randomly pulling something off the internet is going to leave you hanging.Nursing diagnoses are not about the medical dx, they are about the patient's dx, if you follow. You're not going to get a good nursing diagnosis from a forum without a posting a patient history. I know nursing diagnoses are difficult, but YOU have to think: WHY are they in the hospital (the symptoms, not the medical dx)? What are the NURSES managing?Hashimoto's thyroiditis is not usually a reason for hospitalization, it must be causing something else for someone to be in the hospital, for example severe bradycardia; this would give you Decreased Cardiac Output r/t reduced stroke volume.Good luck to you!
