Well, sweetheart, "nostropecia" isn't exactly a real term. I think you might be mixing up "nostalgia" and "alopecia" there, hun. Nostalgia is when you're feeling all sentimental about the past, and alopecia is when you start losing your hair. So, unless you're getting all weepy about your bald head, I'd say you've got a case of word salad on your hands.
