Well actually it would result in a discharge of acids, carboxyhemoglobin, coagulated blood and other cells waste.

Which would send the patient into an irreversible phase of shock.

-thrombus will cause peripheral , cerebral, visceral vessels to eventually block which will lead to Hypoxia/infactus/ischemia of the affected area etc...

-Metabolic Acidosis

(Arythmia, tachycardia, kussmauls ventilation, reduction of cardiac muscle contractillity, infactus at some point)

There is much more to it but i do not have the tools to answer further.

What is the difference from static shock and electric shock?

Static shock is a sudden discharge of static electricity, often felt as a mild tingling or stinging sensation when touching an object. Electric shock, on the other hand, is the flow of electric current through a person's body, which can result in injury or even death depending on the intensity and duration of the shock. Static shock is generally harmless, while electric shock can be dangerous.
