Restrain the patient.
This can indicate the patient has a subdural hematoma or bleeding in the brain. They need emergency surgery to fix it. The most dangerous thing is to waste time and moving the head too suddenly or violently.
Most definitely YES. If the patient has a head injury, then it is possible that they will have swelling and/or internal bleeding which will put pressure on the brain. If the patient is allowed to fall asleep, then they could go into a coma and any info that the paramedics may need from the patient will not be available and may hinder treatment.
That all depends on how much the patient is bleeding. If they are bleeding really bad then you would have to stitch, staple, or glue the patient's wound up after cleaning the blood off first. Now if the patient is bleeding but not loosing a lot of blood, then you would clean the wound and around the wound and then put a band-aid on the wound.
Because they hit him on his head.
LYRICS Ha ha ha ha We talk on the phone, ev'ry night I'm losing sleep and when we hang up you're in my dreams. You're everywhere I go, or so it seems And when I get around you, I say stupid things and things that I don't mean. Chorus I'm falling head first over you(over you) I'm falling head first over you I'm floating on cloud 9, just like a balloon. I'm slipping and I'm falling head first (head first), over you. (head first, head first, head first) I'm falling for you. Verse 2 Boy give me a sign. Show me the light 'cause I'm hanging on to every word you say, and my cover's blown, is that okay? 'Cause I'm getting feelings that I just can't shake. Do you feel the same way? Chorus I'm falling head first over you(over you) I'm falling head first over you I'm floating on cloud 9, just like a balloon. I'm slipping and I'm falling head first (head first) Bridge I'm falling for you. I'm falling for you, with the things that you do. I'm falling for you ( I'm falling, I'm falling) I'm falling for you, with the things that you do. (head first, head first, head first, head first) With the things that you do! Chorus I'm falling head first over you(over you) I'm falling head first over you I'm floating on cloud 9, just like a balloon. I'm slipping and I'm falling head first. You can use it as an adjective: "The bleeding patient was transferred to the emergency room." or you can use it as a verb: "He was bleeding all over the new carpet."
Falling head first is never a good option.

No there is no risk of bleeding with INR of 1.1 as this is normal. Risk of bleeding is when INR is over 3. For surgical procedures it is preferred to have the INR at 1.2
It depends on their injuries. Treat them the same as you would any other trauma patient- stabilize their head and neck, splint any broken bones, treat for bleeding and/or shock, etc.
Bleeding through the nose, mouth or ear after the head injury is considered as the medical emergency. You have to get the patient admitted to the hospital. The CAT scan and /or MRI has to be performed. The neurosurgeon will take the necessary steps.
