Yes. Depending on its date, a wheat cent may be worth more to a collector. If it's dated 1945 or later and relatively worn, it probably doesn't have any extra value. But older ones, especially from the early 1930s and before, are often worth a premium. It would make more "cents" to have it checked for any extra value. If you can sell or trade it you'll have more than one penny in return.
