They eat ordinary food just like everyone else. I'm going to write down a typical "food day" for a swedish family below:
Breakfast: A sandwich with cheese or ham, a fruit + milk
Lunch: Chicken and rice + Water/Milk
Snack: A fruit/A sandwich
Dinner: Porridge with jam and/or sugar + cinnamon.
A dish that's very common though is meatballs with potatoes + jam and a brown sauce that tastes a little bit salty.
