kimi wo dake suki na hito desu. (basically 'you're the only one for me')

watashi no tenshi, anata ga aishiteru. Anata dake ai hito desu. ('my angel, I love you. I love only you'--- sounds a little cheesy in Japanese.)

I'm still a learner, so hopefully the particles are right.

Kimi no Koibito da. (pron. "Kee-mee noh koy-beetoh dah")

or in actual Japanese characters:

君の恋人だ。

Translated literally it means "I am your sweetheart." but since Japanese has really no direct English translations you have to improvise. If I were to translate "I am yours" directly into Japanese then it would be taken as literal ownership and not romantic, metaphorical ownership. "Kimi no Koibito da" will still be a romantic thing to say, and write if you're dedicated enough.

Just as an added treat, the way to say "I love you" is "Ai suru" or 愛する。(pron. "Ahee soo-roo" remember to hit the "r" on the top of your mouth. It's like in Spanish but instead of a full trill you just flick your tongue once)
