i think that depends on the context. like if you mean to prevent someone from doing something, i don´t think you can translate "no you don't" literally and have it make sense. i would just say, " ah ah ah. NO!"

but if someone tells you "i have a million dollars," and you wanna say "no you don't," you have to just say something like "nooo" or "no es cierto" (that's not true) or mentiroso (liar).

so yeah, depends on context i would say.
