Victoria is correct in both English (naturally, the House of Hannover actually) and Spanish. It is considered somewhat impolite, owing to the Queen"s fame and historical clout- to use a nickname form, just as it is incorrect to refer to Queen Elizabeth II as ( Betty Windsor) no periodical would dare breach this wall! so it goes.
