In my opinion due to the fact that I have several universal chargers I have to say no. It seems that sometimes one says my phone is complete;y charged but it only last for approximately twenty minutes. I think that it's best to use a universal charger that displays your brand name of your phone.
The charger might have something wrong with it. Or the battery is shot. Go to the shop where you got your phone and show them your charger and battery see what they say.
As long as the charger is connected to its power source it will take a small amount of power from that source (even if the phone is not connected to it), regardless of whether it is an AC "wall wart" charger or a cigarette lighter charger (although normally turning the car ignition off turns the cigarette lighter outlet off, so if it drains the car battery the car ignition switch may have a problem). If the phone is connected to the charger it may continue to take extra power even with the phone fully charged (I have a Tracfone that will drain my battery powerpack completely (if not connected to a charger its internal battery drains completely in less than 2 days even if I'm not using it at all -- this phone has something wrong in it). The real issue is now fast the charger is draining the battery. BTW, I am assuming above that you mean an external battery that the charger is connected to, not the internal battery of the cell phone itself (if this is the case I would say the phone is seriously defective as this would normally not be possible).
cell phone is translated 'téléphone mobile' or 'téléphone portable' in French. The standard use is to shorten that in 'portable'. " t'as ton portable qui sonne " > " hey, your cellphone's ringing "
'on the phone' is 'au téléphone' in French.
You can say either cell phone or mobile phone on a resume. Either will be acceptable and will be understood by the reader.
You can behave and then say" i been behaving" and they will say that's true then u get a cell phone or u can help and then say "I've been helping and they will say "yeah u have and u will get a cell phone !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Just say to your friend that your phone is out of battery and you can't find the charger . If she or he calls you and says I thought your phone was out of charge and you couldn't find the charger just say that you found the charger. If that happens tell her or him that you got a new phone and tell them to delete your number . Make sure she or he does and simply enjoy life without your phone ringing every five minutes .
It is how the French say "hello" when they answer the phone. Another way to say" hello" but in French
