Hi.if you have a deep/low tone try and make the first similey higher witch is the O and the other simile witch it LA( Because all makes OLA) make it you're ordinary voice!
If you have quite a high tone for a man try and make the O deep,but not too deep! an the LA Make it a Little deeper then the O hope my answer is use full and sorry if it's a bit confusing! xx
