"Beber" is the verb in Spanish meaning "to drink". "Bebiendo" is the gerund form, or "drinking".

Simplest form of a fraction, is the smallest fraction you can make. Say you have the fraction 25/50 you can make that 5/20 then 1/4. The simplest form is 1/4. You CAN NOT make 1/4 a smaller fraction.
Simplest is of course subjective, but I'd say 437/1 is quite simple.
3.21 = 321/100. That is the number in the form of the simplest fraction though I would not say that is a simpler form than 3.21!
I would say that 1.3 is the simplest form. If you want it as a simplified fraction, then the answer is 13/10 - in my view this is not simpler than 1.3.
To convert a decimal to a fraction, say it out loud. 0.44 = "forty-four hundredths" = 44/100 To simplify a fraction, find the GCF of the numerator and the denominator and divide them both by it. If the GCF is 1, the fraction is in its simplest form. 44/100 = 11/25

We say it's in its simplest form or lowest terms.
A fraction is in simplest form when the numerator and denominator have no common factors except ' 1 '. That's why they try to teach you factors, and then they try to teach you common factors, before they try to teach you fractions. (I was going to say that's why "you learn ..." but decided to put a finer point on it.)
