"How's your work?" or "how's work?" would beãŠä»•事ã¯ã©ã†ã§ã™ã‹ (oshigoto wa dou desu ka) in Japanese. However, this sentence is quite formal. A more casual alternative would be仕事ã€ã©ã†ï¼Ÿ (shigoto, dou?).
