In a matter of speaking, Yes and no. This line tells its recepient that a) the speaker cares, b) they are possitive, and c) the speaker is moving too fast. Unless you are close friends with someone, I would not recommend saying anything about Love quite yet. If you are going to great someone, simply say "Good Morning, I hope you slept well." Adding my love just makes it seem as though the speaker just wants something more than what the recepient wants. Be causious, but do not stray from your goals ;) Good luck.
