vale or bien

Believe it or not, most Spanish speakers say "Okay." (Oquei). It is a completely assimilated word in standard speech (the word and the initialism originated in the 19th century US).

vale (pronouce ba- lay)

The term vale is only widely used in Venezuela and Spain. But Hispanics say "ok" so, OK (okay) is translated to OK (okay).
