"ne" needs something like "pas", or "rien" etc and indicates a negative. Iwould say "quelle saison aimez vous ?" although since there is an implication that there might be a season not liked "Quelle saison preferez-vous?" (NB I missed out the acute accents over the first 2 e's in preferez here)
